Food Health TxD — Effective May 7, 2026

Medical disclaimer: Food Health TxD is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not provide insulin dosing recommendations. The nutritional estimates produced by the AI vision service are approximate and should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Food Health TxD ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

The App provides tools for logging meals, estimating carbohydrate and macronutrient content from photos, recording glucose readings, and viewing trends over time. It is intended for personal education and self-tracking only.

3. Subscription details

Food Health TxD Premium is an auto-renewing annual subscription.

Price: $34.99 USD per year, or the equivalent in your local currency as displayed at the point of purchase in the App Store
Free trial: 7 days, available to new subscribers only
Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews at $34.99 per year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
How to cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then.
Refunds: subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. All refund requests are handled by Apple per Apple's standard refund policy at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
Alternate access: instead of a subscription, you may bring your own Anthropic API key and use it for AI scan features at your own cost. This is configured in the app's Settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Food Health TxD offers a free trial period followed by an auto-renewing subscription. Key terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. AI-generated content

Nutritional estimates from meal photo scans are produced by an AI vision service. These estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Do not rely on them for medical, dietary, or insulin dosing decisions without consulting a healthcare professional.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you create in the App. We do not claim any rights to your meal entries, photos, glucose readings, or notes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for any purpose other than personal health tracking and education. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eidogen-Sertanty, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eidogen-Sertanty, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
